let us speak on the joys of life ... for there are those that would only settle about the gloom of life and the suffering . there is much laughter to be had and the smiles of loved ones is most important to obtaining balance in ones life. do not fear the darkest for if you can laugh than there is no fear. let the sight of a flower make you smile, the smallness of a child. do not let that person anger you so that you dwell on on it the long day through, it is not worthy of your time or energy. take steps to move to the light and the love there is waiting for you. joy, laughter, and love will bring you closer to fellwoman, but with this laughter do not bring withe cruelty or hate that will only bring you separation. and there are many things that you will not understand , but joy and laughter mixed with love are powerful weapons use them daily. you open up your hearts and take joy in.mark twain would say
